I was photographing a rehearsal dinner at Mi Casa San Jose del Cabo for a destination wedding in Mexico. As I walked towards the front of the restaurant, I see a donkey lift his head up and chug a Corona. My instinct was to shoot, I pulled the camera to my eye and started to click off shots, thinking I was never going to see anything like this again. I managed to capture three images in those split seconds, but it was the first image, the faces, and the reaction of the two ladies in the background, that make this moment magic.
