Will you travel to photograph our wedding or event?

Each year we travel to destinations all over the world to photograph weddings and celebrations for our clients. Based in Southern California we will travel from Santa Barbara to San Diego without additional travel fees.

Are Robert Evans Studios photographers experienced?

Eighty percent of the wedding photographers today who are photographing weddings have been in business for five years or less. Robert Evans has been photographing weddings for over twenty years and has photographed more than 800 weddings himself. Robert learned the basics of photography, and can shoot film as well as digital. More importantly, he knows the wedding day inside and out. His calm and easy going personality assimilates into your wedding while he captures amazing moments and handles delicate situations with finesse and grace all the while being mostly invisible. With his unassuming nature, Robert will follow every second of the your wedding day with class and charm as the true consummate professional, while capturing the most amazing photographic images, ones that you will pass down and cherish for many generation to come.

What am I paying for when I hire Robert Evans Studios?

All Robert Evans Studios wedding coverage comes with “Robert Evans Signature Service” which includes the following:

Up to ten hours of coverage on your wedding day
We are with you from getting ready to cake cutting (No over time fees)
Two photographers
Engagement session
500-800 finished images.
Five to eight hours of post wedding production; which includes editing of wedding images, raw image processing, basic image retouching, and color correction and enhancements, uploading of wedding & engagement images to the secure online host, for sharing with family and friends as well as an archival backup.
Album consultation and design.

Does Robert Evans Studios have associate photographers?

Yes, should Robert himself not be available on your date, Robert Evans Studios has associate photographers who have worked for the studio for over ten years, who have personally trained under Robert and are amazing artists in their own right.

We suggest you hire a Robert Evans Studios associate photographer who has trained under Robert. Also, if you choose a Robert Evans Studios associate photographer, and Robert Evans is still available once your wedding date arrives, Robert will come shoot as the second photographer at your wedding and you still get the associate rate. It’s a Win-Win all the way around. This allows Robert to stay available to book his own weddings, until your wedding day arrives.

My wedding is not on a Saturday or Sunday, are your rates less for midweek weddings?

Absolutely! If you have a Friday wedding or even a Thursday wedding, Wednesday wedding, Tuesday wedding or even a Monday wedding, contact the studio and talk with us. The weekends are when we are in most demand, however if your having a midweek wedding or event, let’s talk and create a wedding photography package that's right for you.

My wedding is coming up quick! You most likely are already booked...

Most weddings Robert photographs have large budgets, and they usually book at least a year in advance to ensure they will have the most amazing images from their wedding, however if your wedding is coming up sooner than later, you might just want to give us a call and see if Robert or one of his associate photographers happens to be available, you never know unless you ask. In most cases, we are happy to create packages that work within your budget for last minute weddings and events when we are still open on your date.

Assumptions

People assume since Robert’s eye and talent have caught the attention of some of the worlds most influential people, then his fees must be out of reach, This is simply not the case. His fees and packages are what you would expect from a photographer who has over twenty years of experience photographing weddings. Robert has personally photographed over eight hundred weddings, his experience combined with his unique vision and easy going nature keeps his weekends busy. If photography is important to you and your fiancé you should not hesitate to call the studio and talk with Robert personally. We are confident when you compare his work with others you will find it refreshing, creative, distintive. and affordable.
